Outside my window…it is really cold! Not bitter cold like yesterday, but cold enough that I feel chilled all the time. At least the sky is blue.

I am thinking…That Mr. Pete and I made it through the holidays again! woo hoo!

I am thankful for… God’s providence. Before the holidays I worried so much about having enough work, making enough money, and getting by. And God provided from a number of different sources in the form of unexpected income, jobs and projects. We worked, but God provided.

From the learning rooms…Getting back on track after a two week break… ugh! My main goal has to be getting Sam ready for the CLEP test at the end of the month!

From the kitchen… Pea soup and ham!

I am wearing…Black pants, pink sweater with a red sweater over it because I am freezing!

I am creating…new files and folders for my new computer! Yep. I bit the bullet and bought a new computer. Hopefully the old one (and I use the term loosely, it’s only two years old) will be up and running soon and then I will finally have a backup computer for just in case!

I am going… to be working on my new transcription account, updating my computer, getting the kids ready for homeschool and trying to exercise today!

I am reading…The Legend of Sleepy Hollow with Sam and Stuart Little with the Gabe and Noah. We HAVE to finish Johnny Tremain (although we did watch the Disney movie- which was okay but not nearly as good as the book!)

I am hoping…to keep my head above water

I am hearing…Buzzzzzzzzzzzz!

Around the house…Murphy’s oil soap all of the wood floors today and have the kids pick up the classroom.

A few plans for the rest of the week:Buckle down with that exercise program. I have exactly six months before the big birthday! and I am determined to be in shape for it! Also, keep up with all of my work and homeschooling this week.
