Christ the King how to celebrate!
Celebration today can be big or small, but since it is a celebration it is worthy of cake! We have a cake with a hidden surprise in it (a little plastic trinket, crown, or a baby Jesus) Who ever gets it in their piece of cake will have the honor of putting the Christ Child in the creche a few weeks from now!

Today is another good chance to get an indulgence. A partial indulgence is granted to the faithful, who piously recite the Act of Dedication of the Human Race to Jesus Christ King. A plenary indulgence is granted, if it is recite publicly on the feast of our Lord Jesus Christ King.
