Our Ecstatic, Long-Awaited Return to Performing Christmas Music after Covid

It’s been two long years since I have played my flute in public, especially at church. But this Christmas Season Mr. Pete and I have been abundantly blessed to have opportunities and performances.

Special recognition must be made to Mr. Pete! He performed in three different mediums – voice, percussion, and tuba!

Here is a sample of the drum piece we played at a Christmas Concert and will do again this weekend at mass. We are practicing in our living room

Mr. Pete also picked up his tuba, dusted it off, and played with the homeschool band. I think this piece particularly shows off his hard work.

And of course, singing. This is a concert we did with the Peace Together Choir. Rosie sang with us too!!
