When I was going through my mother’s things, I found her Breviary. It is old, but in very good condition.

It was published in 1941 and she used it before she got married as her maiden name is in the front cover.

It also seems that it was published by a religious order.

Mom's Breviary

I’ve been reading january 2010 003 for help. But it seems that some of the things mentioned in the book aren’t in our little Breviary – like a table of contents for one. But on the other hand it hasn’t been too hard to find out where to start and end each session.

Mom also had the book for Lent in the 4 volume series. I haven’t found the other three volumes and I don’t know if she even had those. But, Mr. Pete and I have decided that we are going to stick it out with this little Breviary until Lent and then maybe purchase the one for ordinary time after that and just get the other volumes as we need them.
