WFM Wednesday is all about food this week asking for recipes of 5 ingredients or less.

I have a recipe that I make on my George Foreman Grill that takes 2 ingredients!
1. Frozen boneless Chicken breasts.
2. Bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce.

I thaw out the chicken breasts in my microwave. I plug in George. Then I put the breasts on the grill. As they are cooking I pour some of my BBQ sauce in a bowel and go get my paint brush. (I have a paint brush that I use just in the kitchen for this purpose! Then I keep slathering the breasts on both sides the sauce until they are tender juicy and done in the middle! Delicious!

Some of the bigger boys like to put this on a bun then with a little more sauce. I eat mine without the bun. Serve with a side salad and it’s a healthy, quick meal!Left over chicken can be torn up and taste great in pasta salad!
