Come walk with us! — You don’t have to compete, there’s no wrong way to join. And it’s never too late to join!

This is just a way for us to encourage each other in our exercise. A little challenge, to set a goal and try to meet it. All you need to do is plan to walk more this month than you usually walk, or keep up what you do if you already exercise.
