Works for me Wednesday- The Firm Upper Body Shape Up rotation.

A couple of weeks ago I blogged about the Compendium for ALL of the Firm workouts (except the newest ones with the Wave). It really is a wealth of information for all of the tapes, but my favorite part is the tape rotation section towards the end of the document. This month I am doing the Upper Body Shape Up Rotation found on page 334. I picked that one because I already had a lot of the tapes and was able to purchase the rest of them on Amazon at very low prices.

These just rotate through the  five weeks and most of them are used in other rotations.  I estimate through Amazon you could probably get all of these together for under $50 and your highest costs would be shipping!

Since I still have younger kids it's really hard for me to find a way to sneak out of the house to run or bike and I find when I take my littlest with me to do either of those things I don't get much of a work out, though I do have a lot of fun!  So for me, being able to work out at home while my children are playing or sleeping is the best.
