Tuesday: Crock pot Meat Loaf Potatoe strips, salad. (I throw a package of taco seasoning in with the meat for extra zip
Wednesday: Stuffed Shells
Thursday: Shepherd's Pie
Friday: Easy Tuna Bake (I use the fat-free Pringle potatoe chips for this one. Same crunch but not as much fat and fewer calories!
Saturday: Taco Salad!
