This is what we’re eating this week!

Those sloppy sandwhiches were such a hit last week, they are back by popular demand!
Monday: Mushroom Veggie Sloppy Sandwhiches Rachael Ray 365: No Repeats–A Year of Deliciously Different Dinners (A 30-Minute Meal Cookbook)

Tuesday: Crock pot Lemon Chicken. I use my tried and true favorite recipe from an older edition of Crockery Cookery. It uses a couple cans of frozen lemon aid and the kids always think that’s fun! It’s very tangy and tasty!

Wednesday: Wednesdays during Lent we have either canned soup or pancakes. Calvin my 17-year-old cooks. (although last week he went down to the store and bought some cheese pizzas on sale! I thought that was thinking outside the box.

Thursday: Mexican crock pot meat loaf

Friday: Tuna Casserole This one is pretty close to the one I always make, except that I take raisin bran, pour that into a pan of melted margarine, and then sprinkle that on top. Raisin bran tastes good mixed in with the casserole too.
