This bleary eyed boy is my sophomore  swimmer who made it into the high school swimming sectionals!! Tomorrow he swims the 200 free style and the 100 backstroke, but the next week he will be doing the 500 meter free style with the juniors and the seniors.  I post this picture to document that he has gone from 202 pounds to 188 pounds since November 1 and he is almost at 17% body fat. Next week he will weigh even less as it is the tradition of the swimmers to shave their heads completely bald prior to the competition.   Pictures of that to come!!!
