This was a picture of myself that I shared last summer, taken about 8 weeks after the Cesarean for my baby daughter. Interestingly I got quite a bit of criticism from some folks for posting it. I was acused of gluttony, sloth, immodesty, and a few other things.

Yet, sharing that picture of myself with the world was a victory for me of sorts. In my teens and early 20s I had problems with anorexia. It was the worst when I was around 14 to 16 years old and my weight was around 95 to 98 pounds. I remember thinking I looked like such a horse at 130 pounds at 5 foot 6 inches tall. One of the biggest fears I had to overcome for pregnancy, was the loss of my figure and the additional pounds.
